Do not get your nails done at this place. Where to even start, they filed my nails all the way down without me agreeing to that, application of the base layer was uneven and it was showing, they told me it was the lighting and I check in different light and it was still bad, I asked to please re-do the base and they just semi filed the top but it was still showing uneven. When I told her she said it’s because “it’s not finished”,and she was yanking on my hands in frustration. Then she continued to add more polish on top but still showed after it cured and when she was going to start the French part I told her that it was an uneven surface, she super aggressively wiped the polish but that’s already cured and she said fine and added MORE polish to cure, needless to say I have a very thick polish on very short nails. She threatened to remove everything, I wish I had said yes because my nails look cartoonish…not to mention the French is unevenly applied and some fingers has sharp edges and the other nails just don’t have at nice French edge. Additionally, I have a lot cured polish on my skin that I been having to pick at to remove. She treated me so badly I left crying, I just had my natural nails ruined, after not doing a manicure in the last year :(

SCAM PAY ATTENTION! Very bad experience. The prices displayed were not the same at the cash register, which is very misleading. We were told one price at the beginning, then the amount changed when it was time to pay. When we tried to ask questions, the staff acted like they did not understand. On top of that, the place did not seem clean or hygienic. Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend this place.

They’re nice. But they have no clue what they’re doing. Tell you to come in for one price then pretend they didn’t understand and give another price. I wanted biogel and they’re like no we’ll just do 2 coats of shellack for stronger nails (lol) . Anyway, woman filled my nails way too short and pointy after I grew them out and my bio gel application chipped the next day. Stay away

Check the nails ! This place is the most nail salon I have ever been! The lady does not care at all! All nails were done not clean edge. She use the clip to take off dead skin at bottom nails after the nails done! And it was so painful, I was bleeding! I mentioned to she, she answer:”really?”. For good sake, blood was there! You can the scar under my thumb on photo clearly. honestly, this place is not worth it!

Literally the worse manicure I’ve ever had. Cut my nails painfully short, and when I mentioned this the other hand was left longer and uneven. Nails weren’t shaped well. No cuticle oil, no hand lotion, no massage. The clear polish went on bumpy and there’s scratches and discolouration already. Management was not friendly when we politely brought the issues up. I simply wanted a clean up and don’t usually complain but this was really bad. Unfortunately, I had to return home and remove everything and start from scratch. Would not recommend.
